1. Investing in Parenting Education – Tapping Our Parental Power (TOPP)

TOPP equips parents with practical, evidence-based tools to strengthen parent-child relationships, reduce violence and abuse, and build long-term family resilience. By addressing intergenerational trauma, promoting emotional well-being, and providing individualized parenting plans, parents gain confidence and actionable strategies to nurture their children’s academic and personal success. This program also contributes to breaking cycles of trauma and improving social determinants of health in vulnerable communities.

2. FLARES: Comprehensive Classroom Management for Urban Educators

FLARES trains teachers and school staff to create safe, engaging, and effective learning environments for students in vulnerable communities. Participants learn strategies to improve literacy, manage classrooms, and reduce burnout, ensuring children receive consistent support and resources that enhance academic outcomes and emotional well-being.

3. Exposure, Experience, & Education Empowerment (BE4) Tour

The BE4 Tour exposes high school students to college campuses, military pathways, entrepreneurship, and trade careers. Students visit HBCUs and PWIs, experience cultural and historical landmarks, and participate in enrichment activities such as fine dining, museum tours, and professional mentorship. Through interactive engagement with leaders in business, technology, and public service, students expand their aspirations and develop actionable plans for success, helping vulnerable youth overcome the limitations of systemic inequity and economic barriers.

4. Media Program – “Will You Please Get Your Kids?” Commercial Series

Our media program addresses the negative narratives about vulnerable communities that have historically impacted mental health, social cohesion, and self-perception. Media is used to reveal hidden factors (Unapparencies) and engage communities in intra-racial insight sensitivity education. The commercial series teaches, entertains, and inspires parents to embrace their role in shaping neighborhoods, modeling safe, positive, and nurturing behaviors, and promoting equity. By reframing perceptions and fostering self-awareness, this campaign strengthens families and communities over the long term.
